The only way is by riding a lot and gradually building up the saddle miles, but don't go at it so long that you get pressure sores, or you'll be off the bike for a week. DAMHIK. Like any physical challenge, your body responds to it, like getting fitter by running or weight training, or getting Araldite fingertips from playing the guitar.

And as Snerkler mentioned, riding a mountain bike starts with watering eyes but leads to cheeks of iron.

However, I practice safe exercising and only do it whilst wearing my speedos. My wife did comment how much they had shrunk whilst they in the draw.
