Spontaneous Wales 2

well...

As it happens that was a bloody good ride report. Often better not to plan and just go wherever and whenever is lots more fun than trying to stick to a timetable and a specified route. Nice one... Where are you going next????? Or dont you know yet...

Excellent report and great pics too. Who needs the south of France?:D That's what I mean when I say Scotland and Wales, and England (Sorry, never been to Ireland on a bike) are great 'if' the weather is nice. Looked feckin cold in that photo of yer seat though, I've obviously gotten soft after 12 years doon here :thumb

Its either Scotland or France at the end of May, Franco's recent posts of his blasts around the D roads, is making be say France now.

Not been to North Scotland before, plan was to do that before going to Euroland, but if this current weather continues!

Call me what you like but I don't like riding in rain, don't mind the odd shower, but needs to be dry for the most part!

Only thing putting me off France is the best part of 800+ miles to get to the nice bits :(

Nah it was bloody freezing!! Don't really want a repeat of that, was way too cold!

The OK dinner errm just "ok" nothing special, bit annoyed I had to pay £1 extra for some beans as part of their all day breakie! Service slow, not exactly cheap either!

I'll try and get the route to you, so busy at the moment :thumb2

I've used the OK dinners before when on work trips and i agree their a bit poo for the money, although sounds like you had a nice little trip, ive just done an off the cuff Scotland trip, great fun.
