Spybot

After scanning, this states that "No threats found". But a big list appears, extreme bottom left of screen states 75 problems found.

What's the difference between a threat & a problem?

Should I delete them all,or one at a time, or what?

Most will probably just be recently used lists kept by various programs and cookies. Not usually a problem unless you are really paranoid. Most can be safely deleted anyway. Just means you might have to log back into UKGSer.

A lot of the 'problems' that spybot finds are just 'cookies' but because a cooky can track your usage and report back to it's originator spybot picks them up, highlight one of the 'problems' and then you should be able to open the 'info' pane on the right of the window and spybot may give you a bit of info about it, sometimes there will be nothing there though.
If spybot picks it up though just get shot of them.
