THIS IS NEAR BEZIER TAKE THE N112 FROM ST CHINIAN TO ST PONS THIS A VERY WINDY WELL SURFACED ROAD WHEN YOU GET INTO ST PONS YOU CAN HAVE A DRINK IN THE SQUARE THEN COME BACK THE WAY YOU CAME AND TURN RIGHT ONTO THE D907 TOWARDS NARBONNE THESE ARE TOP ROADS HAVE FUN

Been There...

This road was part of a route in Bike magazine last year.

We were down that way and spent a brilliant day on these roads. After the initial drag outof Beziers, the road to St Pons is a revelation.

Rather than coming back the way you came, head off towards Bedarieux and the Lozech (I think) for more of the same - well-syrfaced, empty, fast twisty roads.

We rode a day-long circular route from Agde last summer - one of my best ever biking days.

Robin.

problem with the french (well one of them anyway) is that they have thousands of Ks of nicely surfaced empty glorious roads all over the country, would be so much easier to plan my hols if they were all in the same spot...
personal favourites is D6 between GAP and VAISON LA ROMAINE nearly wet myself!

going down again in september if anyone knows any good roads in the area if you could let me know that would be great . if anyone wants a b/b gite in the area of narbonne let me know i have an excellent place :bounce1
