Whoa......steady on guys.......
There HAS to be movement where the top of the fork meets the topyoke.....
As long as the bottom yoke pinch bolts and the spindle/pinch bolt is tight there is no problem.
The reason the fork has to 'hinge' on the topyoke is because the front telelever is fixed in length so as the suspension is compressed the front wheel moves forward very slightly.

The only cause for concern would be if the rubber bushes up there are worn, split or perished......if in doubt get a dealer to take a quick look.....
