I find the front of my F650GS is quite "light".

Is there anyway by adjusting the suspension I can get more "feel" from the front end?

Tighten up your back end.
The bike's, that is.:JB

Seriously, check the amount of preload you have, set it to the manual and then go for a ride and start to crank in more preload and see if you are getting close. Then you can adjust the rebound via the little screw at the bottom of the shock. Again, go to the manual but this time find a bumpier stretch and see how it feels. The rebound is best done in small increments. I know what you are referring to and in my case I was too light on the preload.

You could try dropping the front forks down through the yokes which would have the effect of putting more weight over the front. How much you can drop them by depends on the design of the forks and whether the fork tops would come up under the handle bars. I dropped the forks on my F800GS by 20mm and noticed a difference. Combined with the suggested changes to the back suspension could give you the "Feel" you are looking for.
