Other than thumb surgery, standing closer to the pisser, finding something else to suck on, ahem.....who has any novel ideas for making the turn signal cap larger? Harley do a larger cap for one of their cruisers, haven't found any equivalent for BMW. Rummaged around the box of "useful some day" bits without finding a suitable replacement cap. And lastly, Brother Lee style hands aren't an option.

If you look at the indicator knob, there's a pin which holds the plastic bit onto the metal lever.
It MIGHT be possible to knock the pin out and make up a new button.

Yes, thanks, there's a pin to do that and Ali Express do small anodised caps but not really any bigger than the original... so looking for inspiration from the Learned on here. Unfortunately its a repurpose rather than machined answer for my skillset

Possibly though a dice style valve cap would probably do the same job

That ‘pin’ is a small screw.

Why don’t you just glue a bigger bit of plastic to it?

Or use mold-able glue like Sugru ( available in colours as well as black) form it round the plastic bit you have…. Shape it to suit, and allow to harden.
Or the metal putty ( name escapes me at the moment….old age!) to do similar.

You could just try Slackening the lever set up and rotating them forward ???

Hadn't thought about that assumed the housing had locator pin. DGR on Sunday will have a looksie after that
