It has been mentioned before but is there a direct replacement ball joint boot available in the motor trade for the front telelever ball joint on the 1150 , I know they are available from the usual suspects but not BMW . they are rather expensive for what they are just wondering if anyone knows of a suitable car, 4x4 etc one that is more readily available

I did find some on E Bay with an apparently genuine UK seller with guaranteed 2 day delivery , clicked the buy it now button and received a confirmation of delivery in 2 weeks from bloody China , unfortunately no facility on E Bay to cancel a transaction because the seller is a lying b@stard

Pretty sure I only paid £3-4 with free delivery for mine when I swapped it. EBay, and a few days for free delivery too…
