tell me about your 1190

Well my search for the replacement for the GSA TC looks to be over.
I (we) took the 1190 Adv demo out today from Teasdales in Thirsk. Wow, what an awesome machine. I really expected my wife to moan about the lack of top box for starters (we always ride with one on when two up) and the slightly higher pegs but she didn't. Never took it above 6k revs, did about 40 miles and it just made me chuckle and smile. I am off up again to have a solo ride sometime mid week and to see what my GSA is worth in part ex.
I liked the Tiger Exp but this felt in another league. A couple of things will nee altering. Pegs lowering a tad, especially the pillion. Smaller end can and then seek out some panniers (roll bag for the back)

Having taken off my left hand side for powder coating I can tell you that all (both sides) my nuts were finger tight and one had dropped out ... !
