So, who still actually owns and rides a GS? Do you still have the yellow peril Ronno?

1150gs, blue and white (though thinking about selling it and getting a Bonneville AS WELL time for something lighter I think after 8 years, something a wee bit different)

As of this evening I'm GSless. After 10½ years and 93,000 miles it feels odd not seeing it in the garage. Already wondering if I've done the right thing.
What you got/getting?

Yam Super Ten, a bit like a BM 1200 but with built in reliability.

Nice, I had a look at one at the Scottish M/C Show.
I've still got both GS' - the 1989 100 GS 'Bumblebee' and the 2004 1150 Adventure (also black & yellow).
I think I joined UKGS in 2005 when I bought the 100GS. I remember meeting Ronno for the first time in the pub toilets during one of Farmer Palmer's East Lothian semi-off-road trips.
Packer was on that trip as well as I recall.
These days I'm more into 'Classics', having a 1958 Ariel 'VH', a 1931 P&M Panther 500 restoration project and a Triumph T20 in bits. The GS' still get used, I went to the Bristol Classic Bike Show at Shepton Mallet in Feb on the 1150 - a good trip.
Its all very quiet on this site these days. I suppose I should try and organise something instead of waiting for others to take the initiative.
Bob.
.........Another January meet saw about 15 of us heading up to GCs pub. ..............
