if you can't follow what is clearly written above, there is something wrong with your ability to read and understand things...
its not made up fictitious rubbish - its a feature of a badly implemented user aid, for halfwits - who seem to have never learnt to ride correctly - the fault above is triggered under certain conditions (AKA rolling backwards out of your garage engine off key on).
when Hill Start is disabled, the bike can be maneuvered safely, ridden safely and it behaves and operates normally. - With it enabled the bike becomes a dangerous liability (it gets re-enabled after BMW tools complete coding modules post i-level updates - to resolve junk badly written jokeware they forever peddle - usually tweaking rubbish 3 year old's have added trying to get it to work less badly - where they added more pointless /irritating features the marketing department believe they can charge fools for). I guess having it on helps BMW make money selling bodywork, aux lighting and engine bars
I note many critical responses don't appear to be competent bikers sharing their view - but rather come across as written in the exact way the training department expect dealerships to lie to customers !
