I've ordered from them several times, never had any problems. Has always been pleasant enough on the phone too, when I've needed to talk to him.
Same here.
I think I've used him twice and no complaints on either occasion. Certainly came across as pleasant and efficient on the phone.

Usually 3 to 5 days to Ireland. Never had to sent anything back or chase up an order.

I ordered something four or five years ago, might have been foot pegs, they took a couple of weeks to turn up but I got a free can of AFC50 as an apology, a bit like WD40 but not as good on stuck bolts. So not all that bad.
But thats only my experience, you ought to wait to see how a few more people have got on dealing with the company before making a firm decision
