Oh Oh . . What have I missed

As one who used to be on here twice a day but now has other things to do I'm a bit out of touch .

I'm currently hard at work getting my Toyota Land Cruiser ready for the summer horse-towing season. It needs a lot of work, my fault for buying a '98 over-complicated car that has had a hard life. I now contribute to Land Cruiser Owners UK the way I used to post pish here .

Add to that the fact that SWMBO has just had knee replacement surgery and you'll see that I don't have much time for bikes (but I am off to Eastern Turkey in August ).

Hopefully I'll be back on two wheels soon and will catch up with you lot again. Time to fettle the 100GS in time for the Scottish Two-day Pre '65 trial at Kinlochleven at end-April.

Packer - I'm daft about planes so may join you on 10/04, but I'll have to see how things are at home before I commit.

I haven't done any early morning trips for a long time

I was hoping to get to the Bristol Classic Bike Show in Feb, but reckoned the weather was too bad for a 950 mile day on the 1150.

I must be getting old and soft
