tickover speed?

just got my bike back from service and it seems to be ticking over to fast (about 1100rpm) after a hard blast.
does anybody know how to slow it down without upsetting the balance, or is it back to the dealers.
the bikes an adventure 2004.

Seems normal at 1100rpm. It may be that your trottle bodies and idle where too low before the service. Of course, you need to ensure the fast idle switch is off.
