time clock?

It should adjust on auto when you go on-line. Right click the clock, go to adjust date/time, then internet time and make sure that a web addy is posted in there like: time.windows.com, and check the 'adjust time autmatically' button.

Should be ok after that everytime you switch puter on. But you might have a dedd battery in the computer itself too, which might explain why you are loosing time.

'Cos your time zone is set to "Not Here" and Internet Time is set to "automatically synchronize with an internet time server" :nenau

Double-click on the time, click on the Time Zone tab, and set the Time Zone that fits where you are, wherever that is. Once your time zoen is correct, click on the "Internet Time" tab. If you do not want the time to be automatically corrected, click on the box labelled "Automatically synchronize with an internet time server", to remove the tick.

if it persisits in resetting, or altering the time as you say, then the motherboard battery is done and needs replacing.
