Tracer 9 gt plus y-amt

I have a Tracer9 GT+ but mine is 2023, so apologies, but I haven’t tried the y-amt version, happy to answer other questions though. I’ve put less than 8k miles on it and hardly any this year due to family issues, but I think it is a great bike.

I have the 9GT 2023 for sale, great bike. Test rode the new version with Y AMT, wasn't massively impressed to be honest. Take up of throttle from standstill felt quite crude compared with BMW system on R1300GS. You would get used to it I'm sure, but it feels obviously like just a servo letting clutch out, whereas the BMW almost feels like an auto box. Once on the go, it was good, and using manual change gets best out of it (same as GS in that regard).
Performance wise, it felt like it was being held back electronically compared with my bike, partly down to mine being looser with 26k on it, partly due to the mapping interfering with the natural throttle feel. Again, you'd get used to it, just felt shackled compared to mine on a back to back ride. Good bikes though, had no problems with mine, and if you get a healthy discount, then happy days, get yourself on a long test ride, an hour or two minimum.
