Anyone tried it on an RT? Find the original a bit bouncy in standard mode and a bit hard in dynamic.Thinking of trying tractive.Anyone using it?

Having done a search on here it looks like there’s several that have used Revs/Wilbers, seems like a popular choice

I have used REV,s with Wilbers
Also one to consider is Maxton ,they are also the manufacturer
As one would imagine they are very knowledgeable about what the customer requires.

They do make a very nice shock as I bought and fitted both the reset shock and had the front end revalved on the Pan prior to the Wilbers, however the remote preload failed on two European tours and eventually they removed and refunded me for the cost of the remote preload.

The advantage with the Wilbers is that it is produced for the RT Susp system and then set up for your weight, use, pillion etc. The Maxton had also been set up for us as well but, though I hate to say it, the shock wasn’t really up to the job.

How I hate autocorrect, hopefully this may make sense.

Maxton do make a very nice shock as I bought and fitted both their rear shock with a remote pre-load and had the front end revalved on the Pan prior to getting the Wilbers. However the remote preload failed on two European tours and eventually they removed and refunded me for the cost of it.

The advantage with the Wilbers is that it is produced for the unique RT Susp system and then set up for your weight, use, pillion etc. The Maxton had also been set up for us as well but, though I hate to say it, the shock wasn’t really up to the job.
