I was thinking of buying a set of tyre levers and changing my own tyres so i can chop and change between TKCs and Tourance depending on where im going does anyone have any experiance of using these levers or is just not worth the hassle
They're a bit futtery, but are fine with a bit of practice.
Hardest part of changing tyres is unseating the tyre in the first place to get the levers in, but I don't really see that as an issue for a bloody great gorrilla like yersel.

Yer best trying to pick up a scruffy set of wheels and sticking the TKC's on them for when you go and paly in the mud. You can always sell them on and you'll likely not lose any money in the process. You have to take the wheels off anyway to change the tyres so having a spare set of wheels is much easier and quicker. That's what I do anwyay.
