I noticed that the handling was a bit wierd at times at the weekend and have just been out again this morning and its even worse. Slight weave in a straight line, left hand turns arn't to bad but right turns are now almost uncontrolable. Then after I had removed some weight and had a quick look I found this problem with the front tyre. Now what do you recon on a replacement, o.e. or given that I figure about 70% of use is off road something along the lines of a TKC. Anybody recomend a suitable tyre or supplier. Oh and what air pressure should I use. Thanks in advance.

I find Avon Gripsters are an excellent compromise between traction on the rough and on road handling. Lucky it didn't blow just as you were crossing the foundation trench on the scaffold plank, it would have been one hell of a mess :D

Make sure you put soe grease on the axle when you replace it so Traffic Branch won't hear the squeak and catch you speeding :D :D

SCARY I've seen people with those tyres on small wheeled trailers towing at 60 mph

Where did that RTFM come from ? Thats brilliant that is :D :thumb :D :thumb

When you reply, at the bottom of the smilies there's a little word - 'more'. Click on that and, oddly enough, more smilies pop up in a new window :thumb

There's some great new ones: :liv
