Tyre sealants

Hi, not just for 1200 owners but I have just bought one with tyre pressure monitors and was wondering if i could still use tyre sealant with these monitors fitted or does it affect them ?

Not recommended is what I was told so have not used sealant in my BMW since 2009. The sensor could be damaged by the sealant so I carry a repair kit instead. Still use sealant in my Honda though!

Mine has had all of absolutely no problems with Puncturesafe. I had a 3mm nail puncture. Pulled it out and allowed the stuff to do its job. By the time I got home the nail hole was invisible.
