Currently have Michelin Road 5 Trails fitted to my 2013 90th anniversary adventure, they now need changing but these tyres no longer seem readily available .
Been happy with these tyres , had tourances previously and prefer the Michelins.anyone know which tyres would be similar to the Road 5 trails.
Thanks

Michelin dropped the “Trail” name for the adventure sizes of the new Road 6 when it replaced the Road 5. The Anakee Road is the new version of the Anakee 3 . Personally I’m loving the Dunlop Trailmax Meridian at the moment, better on road than Scorpion Rally I was running .

Continental Trail Attack3s. Cheaper than the Michelins, easily as good and genuine 2rears to one front. Try them….

these suit the bike quite well...

if you have an adventure version and aim to trundle on some wet dirt maybe the pretend off road stuff it sensible... if you never go off road or its South African trails in the dry the right road tyres are vastly better - roadsmart 3 takes it on another level by a factor of 2x - Never try the RS4 its transformed to handle as badly as the vauge mushy mess of michelin's road bike death tyres - they just don't work with the telelever setup
