I'm just about to buy a new pair of Bridgestone BT020 tyres for my R1200GS. Somebody said that Michelin is going to introduce a new type of sport oriented tyres that could fit the GS. Is this really true? Does anybody know about this new tyre?
Dual purpose tyres never convinced me too much since my back ground in motorcycles was always with sport bikes using rock solid confident tyres. Tourances??? No way!
So, for a sport style ridder, have I any other option better than the Bridgestone BT020? And by the way can I have an indication where to by this tyre in London with reasonable price? I'll be staying in a hotel in front the Gatwick Airport. Anything nearby would be great since I'll be short of time. I live in Dubai, UAE and did not manage to find anybody that could sell these kind of tyres here. Thanks
