New 2014 engine to be fitted along with a new drive shaft and front wheel plus brake lines.
A solution I suppose ..........
Only thing is I have to run the bugger in again doh
I can just see this scenario two years away.
Enters dealer to get some replacement parts.
Can I have a drive shaft seal for a 2014 MY bike
A brake lever for a 2013 MY bike
Oh and some bolts to put the rear wheel on
Not sure if that is a 2013 MY or a 2014 MY
The chassis is 2013 , and the engine is a 2014 , not too much of a problem ......

Forgot to add , dealer will be offering extended warrantee , free servicing , we hope up to present milage , and a sorry from BMW , not sure what yet but .......
One more day and will be getting the bike back , let's hope with the new 2014 engine the bike will be right this time .
Can't wait as missed the dam thing and itching to get out on the road again , there is only so much trials riding you can do !!

I've just had a gearbox issue, The bikes been with the dealer for 2 weeks for investigation, And I've just been told Germany have instructed the dealer to fit a new Engine and drive train.

Result
Fantastic , did a 300 mile ride yesterday around Wales and the gear box was great , smooth , easy neutral , the only thing I noticed was a vibration in 4 which seems to come from the drive. BM have noticed this on there test ride and asked me to comment on it after a ride, no other gears it does this , strange. They have used words such as gearbox harmonics , hnmmmmmmmmmmmm,
