I have booked my 08 GSA in for it's 6k service (Bristol Mottarad) and am wondering if it is better to refit the standard pipes and can as apposed to leaving the Remus headers and Evelution can on that I put on at 4k. The reason for this is I am wondering if the Remus system could affect the warranty in any way?
Also recently the bike has stalled a few times whilst filltering in slow moving traffic when changing down from 3-2 or 2-1 then opening the throttle a little.
I am wondering if this could be down to the fact it just needs throttle bodies balanced as its due its service.
Any thoughts on these two matters would be great. Cheers everyone

dont worry

as most BMW dealers supply and fit remus and akro cans, it`s not going to effect any warranty..

Hi ya Ringmaster,
I've also got the similar cutting out problem, but it only does it occasionally. Usually when coming to a stop after a run on a steady throttle.
It could be due to the fact that they're set up to run very lean,
I was going to mention it when mine gets serviced next month.

I was worried about this when I used to have a staintune exhaust on my 1150r. I asked at Vines and was told that unless there is a problem which is a direct result of fitting an accessory (an exhaust, sat nav, etc.), I needn't worry.
