Voltage Reading

Hi,

What voltage reading do fellow X-series owners get on their dashboard when their X is running?

Mine doesn't seem to get much above 13V but then the bike has been stood for a few months doing nothing, with battery connected (shamefully). The battery is a couple of years old and I'm about to set off on a longish trip and I'm considering replacing the battery before I depart.

It's only a 12v system, so when running owt over 12.4v is healthy

Don't put the cart before the horse .... enjoy your trip

Thanks Micky. For some reason I had a figure of 14V in mind but come to think of it 12.4V sounds right
