Hi, I think is useful to advice all Airheads lovers about this German crook!

I live in Namibia and was planing to convert in to Specials four R80G/S, for renting purpose.

I trusted CTI in the person of ANDRE D. but was the biggest mistake I could make.

He forced me to pay in advance and I did. (4 full conversion kits)
Few parts where delivered, skewed and wrong!

Please be careful to not fall in the same scam.

anyone else had problems with this company - i was going to purchase a few bits and bobs but have put this on hold for the moment.

After I lost my money.. I did a lot of research on this guy.

On the german HPN forum they talk very negatively and I know that he was selling stuff on ADVrider, true StephanB buth not any more.

On facebook he actually uses images of the wrong and skewed parts prepared for me to promote his work!

I will post soon instead how this parts fit on the bike and all the other problem.

He delivered, one marzocchi fork M1R (will not centered..) 1 skewed reinforced frame, 2 ridiculously extended swingarms.

beside what he did send, he was suppose to deliver (I paid in advance!) 3 complete front kit (wp forks + bridges), 2 more extended swingarms (2 skewed where delivered) and a lot of small parts.

I have to say this, because I would have saved a lot of money if I knew how this crook is working.

PS does some one remember a post I did the past December about a problem with the axle and some WP forks?
Well that was Mr. CTI that had delivered my forks that continued to say that there was impossible to fit on a R80!
I discovered that he sold the forks on Ebay and they where perfectly working! that's CTI.

Great stuff Richie!
This is exactly the modifications I paid for and did not get! (this for 4 G/S!).
Just a pitty I was not aware of your company!

I this project there is also involved my friend Roger and now we almost finished our 2 personal bikes. Getting parts here and there and making some ourself.
At this stage off course we are waiting to see if the lawyer can get us some money back from CTI then we can think of completing the rest of the bikes.

At this stage off course we are waiting to see if the lawyer can get us some money back from CTI then we can think of completing the rest of the bikes.

If you are using a lawyer then they can issue a betreibung / inkasso against him and then he must pay.

Assume you are using a lawyer based in or contact with Germany?

Sorry to hear about your problems fela.

Have to say, I ordered a g/s forkbrace from him and it was delivered with no problems at all. But that's just one part - sounds like you spent a lot more money with the guy and got poor service.

Sorry for the slow reply, I have just seen this message. Yes we had a hardware problem with the server on the 6th September. We were able to order a new power supply unit and resolve the issue the next day. Thanks.

Hey buddy, hope you get the bikes sorted. I've decided to do my modifications on my (hopefully acquired at the end of the month) bike myself as I have quite a few solid engineering connections. I will of course contact you for advise at some point...
