Warranty expired - now what?

I have seen something about this earlier, but if i search for the word 'warranty' under the 1200GS section.......

now that my BMWUK warranty has expired, and i have reviewed* their proposal for an extension, can anyone tell me/recommend an independant company from whom i might get a further year warranty, along with the price they paid?

I would have thought the BM offering would take a lot of beating given that it includes recovery, etc and is likely to be more sympathetic. Less than £350 if you take an excess as well.

OTOH you have to have it dealer serviced and I don't think you can take it out after the previous warranty has expired.
