What´s up with Nippy??!

I hope somebody can help – for four weeks I have sent emails to Nippy Normans, asking a couple of questions regarding an order I want to place.
Six-or-seven emails –*till now, no answer!!?

This last week I have called Nippy Normans several times on the telephone, but I keep getting an answering machine.

Don´t get me wrong, the product portfolio looks great and from what I have read here, everybody is happy with Nippy Normans service.

So, they don´t respond to emails and they don´t answer their telephone! This is when you are trying to buy stuff..... then, what do you do if you ever have a problem with anything you have bought from the company?

Anybody know how to get in touch with Nippy Normans? It could be their business is going so well, they don´t want any more customers..... :-D

Placed a couple of orders which took three weeks to arrive recently but they sorted everything out - Never got a reply from email but did managed to contact them on the phone with no problems

I recently gave one of my customers Nippy's details for a few bits he needed, he got back to me last week he couldn't get intouch with them either.

Could be all sorts of reasons for why, though they are usually pretty good and quick with orders from my experince. So strange. Can only suggest you keep trying.

I ordered a oil filter tool from him two weeks ago, was on my doorstep in two days

Maybe he is on holiday or something bad has happened that needs his urgent attention

A few people have said in posts before they've had problems with NN and no responses or goods in the past.
doesn't seem that hard to send someone a reply if there maybe a problem in the order.. maybe it's a sign NN is getting complacent about his customers.

But to the best of my knowledge all the people have been sorted in the end

I was just on the phone with Nippy and mentioned this to him.
Nippy says he has replied to your email for the sixth time so perhaps they are stuck in your anti spam box. Call them now - they are there !

Thanks for the help, Shenzi. You have performed a miracle – I have received an email from Nippy Normans. No, I have not received any reponse prior, not even to my spam filter. I have checked with our server host. I was worried whether NN had caught my mails in his spam filter, so I have even resent my mails from two private email servers.

But that is not important now –*I am now in touch with "Number 1 for the GS", and life is good.
