What are the roads

it's a bit heavy out there, we're fairly high up here, I don't want to go out.....and I have Xmas shopping to complete.....and worse than that the kids keep on chucking snowballs at my house.....little b'stards.....

Exhaust valve pushrod failure. Fix in place with the Beetle, don't know about the transporter but engine out is only 15 minutes anyway:thumb2 Been there, done it. Grip in the Beetle great in a straight line but turning corners in the snow was a different matter:blast

Most of the area is great.

Bladnoch distillery at Bladnoch is worth a visit. Raymond Armstrong (owns the place) is a really good guy. If you're buying a bottle get the non-chill filtered 43% stuff as a talking point. Really cloudy, almost like Ouzo and water to look at but tastes great.

Galloway Forest Park has some great roads but with the current weather forecast the entire area may still be sub-zero and under feet of snow on the hills by the time you are coming up.

Here in Montrose it is all a bit of a non event.
Bit of white, but no real depth of snow as such.

However a few miles outside of town, things do liven up a bit.

No doubt this will trigger a dump overnight.
