Yip, booked in for tomorrow. Something called a 'Super Low RT'. :nenau.
The e-mail I got back said they can't guarantee this will be available when I get there & I might have to take something else out.

Edit: I wasn't offered the full range when I booked the test ride.

I have just booked a test ride purely to enter the competition. I thought I may as well go for one of the full-on jobbies so it is the Ultra Classic. It looked like the biggest and most expensive, but didn't do any research. Am I going to like it?

You will join HOG and realise a life long dream that was bubbling away in your subconscious...and that is to be a ROAD-CAPTAIN!!!! You will also put on 4 stone in weight.

You may also want to start thinking about where to place the new howling wolf tattoo you will get.

You will also play the bike stereo too loud at inappropriate moments... mostly 'Eye of the Tiger' and anything by 'REO Speedwagon'.

You will get an uncontrollable urge to put an American flag on your bike.

whilst listening to eye of the tiger with pegs and exhausts dragging on the tarmac.
Or completely shitting your pants as you cross the white line into oncoming traffic with everything dragging on the road with no more room for leaning in, or leaving the road via the nearside grass verge and plummeting down into a quarry.
Or falling over the first time you stop and unable to pick the huge lump of steel and chrome off of the deck, standing there like a fucking spack waiting for help picking it up.

I will be a little surprised if that happens as they called me earlier this week and confirmed the bike and date. I also had a missed call from them when I was busy picking up my lad from Uni today. They seem keen :)
