what oil

ok i have had a little search and still cant decide what oil should i put in my forks (100GS paralever) I am around 14-15 stone. i read that the howard millichap mix dosent work for the larger (i am getting there) gentlemen tossers as i can see it i have the choice of either 10w 15w or millichap mix.

What weight oil have you been using and was it OK?

10w is a good starting point. I'm happy with it and there is more of me than there used to be

no idea whats in there it was in there when i got the bike had leaky seals for a while so i guess anything will be better. it would be nice to get the oil weight somewhere near right then i wont have to bugger around changing the oil again. i guess i will start with the bottle of 10w i have in the cupboard

Millichap is a BIG bloke if I remember right

ah so it could be a Psychological cure then

Try 10 in the left - compression leg and 15 in the right-rebound -leg, it is rebound damping the forks lack.
