I have a nav v, the cradle has one lead with two connectors one too plug into the power from the front of the GSA whats the other for

If pushed to guess it is to carry the signals for the iWheel and / or pick up signals for all the bike data the thing will apparently display. That's just a guess, mind.

I was hoping it was for sound, i don't like Bluetooth, I've just bought a cradle off a 660 with leads so I can wire sound to my nav v, I can't find a reason why this won't work, hoping it doz

The NAV5 does not have Stereo Audio out via the Mount like the zumo66x; it only has Nav Directions (mono-audio). The only way to get Stereo Audio is via Bluetooth.
