By nipping up the clamp screws on the opp leg you can torque up the retaining bolt, unscrew the clamps, pump the forks a few times and then torque up all the screws.

Aug 20, 2010 #5 Before you buy one, check your toolbox - if you've got a 3/8th socket set you might already have one! My 3/8th plug socket also has a 19mm hex head, so I use an extension bar inside the socket and 'voila' ... Greg
