Where to put TK3201 radio on 1200GSA?

Hi
Now I have finally got a PWR radio I am struggling for the best place to put it on the bike.
There isn't enuff room under the seat and I would like to keep it upright, it will be connected to my autocom using the Autocom battery adaptor 1402.
Any ideas?

How about in one of those tool tubes, you could attach it to the crash bars at the front to keep it sort of upright.

Or get yourself an external antenna and then you can shove the unit in a waterproof bag.

My radio's mounted in the tool tray. The autocom unit is mounted at the bottom of the tank, just above the battery. Works ok.

I know upright is best for the radio (antenna) but I used one of these for years.

Cut a small slot in bottom to run cable in...no problem

Or go for the Wunderlich bag, it has already got a hole for electrics.
