Windows XP Taskbar has moved

Please help.

The windows Xp task bar... the thing that's normally running along the bottom of the screen with 'start' at the left hand end and my quick start icons next to it and then some other stuff at the right hand end..... has moved!

The bloody thing is now up the right hand side of screen with start button at top right and it's driving me mad!

how do I get it back where it was?

Just left click and hold down, in a blank part of the toolbar, then drag it where you want it.

You can then "lock" it in position by right clicking a blank part of it and ticking the "Lock Taskbar".

Personally I always run the taskbar at the top of the screen, so menus cascade down. PB

I also have another toolbar on the left vertical edge of the screen, set to autohide so it only comes up when the mouse goes over there.....it's got all the drives on it so it makes for a quick and easy way to access them rather than going through 'my computer ' etc.....

Right click in normal toolbar, select 'toolbars>new toolbar>mycomputer'

Then drag it to left side of screen, set it to show large icons, no text no title autohide and it's a handy addition
