Hi All,

I got 'done' by the "download this for free and it will sort out your PC for free" tag line. I did and downloaded Winfix2005. What is clever/sly marketing is that it scans your PC, tells you about all the problems, then says 30GBP to fix them.

I promptly told them to FO and uninstalled it. But, is the Winfix05 any good? Are there better free ones out there? My PC does seem to take an age to boot up but other than that it is OK....

you shouldn't need any of them IMO.
