I've had my 91 Vmax for 3 years now and have just put it on SORN as usual for the winter months. I've clocked up the usual grand total off 300 miles this year and have decided that come spring it is time for a change. I love the V4 engine and the power is erection promoting but compared to my GS it is sooo much hard work to ride in the dry and absolutely lethal in the wet. So I'm thinking of changing the Max for a Triumph Speedmaster for some easy to ride summer cruising.
Apart from the boring name has anybody got any owners experiences or knowledge of things to look out for.
