TT V2 jumping

couple of days ago, whilst out, noticed the screen jumping from street view to all menus, tried the reset, still does it, tried removing card, still does it.
tried discharging the battery and re charge via home charger, still does it.

taking it back tomorrow or fri to halfords, went in today, they gave me a number to ring, they said go back to shop, and let them look at it.

bloody thing, why so complicated, anyhoo the saga will continue no doubt ........................
