I have read a few posts but thought I would ask again as I'm still not sure.

Will a standard bleed nipple fit both the front brake (Brembo) and the clutch bleed? (when filler adaptors removed)

I have got a bleed nipple from BMW which they tell me will fit both, but as I will need to remove the ball bearing/filler adaptor from the clutch to fit it I dont want to take that off and not be able to refill the fluid if it doesnt fit.

BMW dealer said I could just screw the nipple in the end of the adaptor but this just stripped the first thread.

You screw the bleed nipple INTO the ball bearing/filler adaptor to bleed the clutch, when bled you then remove it and replace the small grub screw :nenau

Thats what I thought, tried it, but it was quite a push to get it started on the thread and then when I tightened it it stripped that bit!

I thought I would replace as often suggested on here.:augie

Has it got the same silly unit fitted thats used on the clutch ??

Take it off and replace it with a proper bleed nipple. BMW only use the silly unit because they reverse fill at the factory, and the silly unit it makes it easier for them.
