Having done 2500 miles on my 2010 GSA and experimented with the accelerator but taken it off in the end, was slightly dissapointed with the bike, didnt feel as nice to ride as the demostrator
took the silencer off so i could play with my endoscope, had heard the default position for the exhaust flap was open and assumed this meant fully open so was surprised to see it was approx 75% open
ran the engine and with medium revs it closes to 50% open and didnt appear to reopen with much higher revs, noise levels stopped me experimenting too much
(these are rough approximations in tems of % openings)
disconnected the cables from the pulley which allows the flap to be 100% open and reassembled the exhaust
then went out to play for 10 miles
anyone else done this mod
