2610 QUESTION

thinking of buying a 2610.

Is the remote control waterproof too? I vaguely recall a thread with the remote mounted onto the handle bars, but I can't find. seems like a good idea.

Wouldn't have thought is was water proof, but never tested mine.

I think it was MiGSel who had his monuted on his bars

pan european showed a pic of the remote mounted on his top yoke IIRC.

never even put the batteries in mine, can't see the point, just reach another 6 inches
