94' gs 1100-no lamba sensor?

Hi,
am i correct in assuming that there is no lamba sensor on the first of the gs1100's?

Correct, There is a variable resistor under the rear mudguard instead that can be tweaked to alter the amount of fuel being injected. Strangely these bikes have the best fueling of the GS's

Thanks Rob. Just been rebuilding a "project" ,(pics and info over on the Oirish section)and noticed that there was no threaded inlet on the exhaust. Was'nt sure what to think. Checked the loom and it's blanked off there too. I thought it may have been a home made blank job!. With a bit of luck i might get it fired up this evening
