I thought I read somewhere that the angle of the clocks / TFT display could,be adjusted by + - 15 degrees...am I dreaming it?

Page 73 of the owners handbook tells you of adjustment, and leads you to believe that it will "lock" in the desired position. However, mine only tilts slightly then returns to the original position when you release pressure. I mentioned this to Brian M at J Clark Dundee and he admitted not knowing or having heard of any adjustment. I showed him the page in the book, but he couldn't offer an explanation of what BMW were meaning. Maybe its an optional extra.

Mine seems to be the same....moves but I can't find any means of locking in position...

I've noticed on mine I can move the slightly but doesn't seem to make any difference.

Mines does do, a firm even press with both hands on either the top or bottom moves the display and you can hear it click as it slots in.

3 positions in total, it moves by pressing on top centre or bottom centre. I tried once when new and left it in the middle since. I could probably live without it, also because it seems quite fiddly to be honest.

Sorted it - it needs a firmer press than I was prepared for.....

Just attained a better angle as it was pointing too low.

Thanks for help lads.
