Don't listen to a word they say,
Nothing wrong with older stuff, or 3 ring chain wheels, blinged up poofs the lot of them!

FYI I would avoid the triple chainring as it's a bit gay - just sayin like![]()

Lol. Most would agree with you, as they walk up the hills, pushing their bikes because they went for a trendy compact - but happy in the knowledge that they didn't go for the gay option.![]()
They should have gone on a diet then.

Feels good to be back on the bike though.
Well, it's been nearly five months since the last time I went on my mountain bike, as I've just been sticking to the gym over winter, and the bike was stuck in the back of the shed.
I thought I'd get the bike out and take it easy, and get back into it, but being a typical bloke, ended up doing 33.5 miles off road.
I think I might ache tomorrow.Feels good to be back on the bike though.

do they not have tarmac round your way?
i really noticed the difference on the hills. there are a couple that usually cause me to really struggle but i was getting up them faster than ever before and on these hills i usually needed bottom gear, not this time, i still had one left when i crested the hill
Would any of you Tossers like to recommend me a reasonably priced puncture protected tyre? Doing 100 miles a week now so it's gonna happen sooner or later.
700 x 23, both foldable and non-foldable options required.
mind you I'm probably a racing snake compared to the tossers on here at 5"9 and 13st.
