Yes basic one, just added heated grips - haven't ridden a TE one.

I may pulled the trigger tommorow , just found out today. £1400.20 ( plus labour) to replace the ESA out of warranty
So no ESA for me this time.
Why not just extend the warranty after two years?
Unless it has changed , the ESA had a warranty of up to 18000 ( I don't know how it works if the bike has 18 k after 2 years) miles on the extended BMW warranty. I shall find out tommorow .

Yes purchased without trying - I didn't want the fancy suspension because I ride almost every day and didn't want the expense of replacing it if I keep the bike for years.

std gs
HI i have just the std gs ,just comfort pack and chrome exhaust . the std suspension is great and once set up is as good as any bike , the suspension is more road type ,and the new tyres make it handle better and compared to my previous 09 gs is great ,always had sports bikes and once you have it set ,why change . most riders will find ok,

Hi big george, can you please tell me what settings you have the suspension on. I too have a standard gs and am dissapointed with the ride quality, so hopefully i have it set up wrong.
