Anybody Make Winglets?

Guys, I noticed that Nomad Biker is working on an 1150 Adventure. Please can you include the vanilla GS as well? (it's the best, especially in Graphitan ;))

Nomads is a GS mines an ADV but the fitment will work for both the only difference is the Tobi's:thumb2

no mines a std 1150 gs with an adventure screen,i dont belong to the hardcore club.I have to strap on a fuel can when i ride with the big boys..

and this is how i fitted them:augie

so they were offered up and marked the beak for the pilot holes.

then the full sized hole were drilled:eek:

well nuts in place

they were bolted on and the first pics are the result:cool: we are trying to sort the price at the moment as the samples cost a bloody fortune to make:eek so a lot is going to depend on numbers we have made.

and source the fixings to improve on the above:)

now please be patient with me because it will take a bit of time to get everything in place and i want to make sure im happy with the final fixing etc:thumb


one last thing i could provide a fitting service.............................. BUT !!! would you want this man anywhere near your bike:eek:eek:eek

dumb question

Have you ridden the dirty steed with them fitted, has the turb gone?
If so,can you put me down for a set please with the cutout for the adv power socket.and tobys.
Stuff the price if they work, there gonna be fitted.

With regards to the picture showing the power socket.
Is your socket in the 'normal' position as I seem to think that others have it further up towards the front of the bike?
Possibly between your socket and your first screw :augie
Does anybody else have this issue?

as far as i know that is as it came from the factory and all the others ive seen are in that position

maybe we should turn this into a Show us you power socket thread:D

Just to explain a bit more in regards to a standard GS.
There is a circular shape underneath the left hand fairing where the socket area is which I am told this is where the aux socket goes. This is higher up than the one in the picture. Maybe the GSA has them in a slightly different place?
