Applecross logistical question

We'l be around in august, and should be down your way sometime in July:augie

July? Wonderful! We'll be around! Give me a shout if you need a place to stay! We have a spare bed - but there is also a really lovely campsite in the Glen next to us (Glen Wyllin - in KM) which ever you wish to do.

speak later (I'll pm you our details etc)
Moo x

Applecross is a decent enough place, the best part is getting to and coming from the place. Stunning scenery from either direction. I've been going up there for the last five years, I don't think I'll ever tire of it.
If you pass through Lochcarron on the way there is a nice little cafe, Waterside cafe I think they call it, call in, you wont be disappointed!:thumb

I've just remembered that the owner of the Waterside cafe is the brother or brother in law of the landlady of the pub at Applecross, in fact he worked there for a while until he found his own place.

oooh...sounds good! We had the maps out last night for a bit of rummaging....plans are afoot! Skye, Applecross, Camusdarach, ooh and Red Squirrel 'cause you can do campfires there..a favourite past-time of THe Derm.....and...ooooh

I may be wrong - but i think the owner of said cafe is Judith's (landlady of the Applecross Inn) sister.
Well worth a visit - as i will be doing over the may bank holiday :bounce1
