That's it i've taken the plunge and ordered a 1250 GS Rallye....

First time i'll be stepping away from the Adventure version but i just prefer the look of the 1250 GS Rallye over the Adventure.. I'm also not that keen on the gold wheels so it'll be delivered with black wheels, aux lights and crash bars.....

Can's wait!!

My local dealer said today that you can spec black wheel from the factory now as they understand gold is not everyone’s cup of tea. All good news for me as I off to see if I can get a deal on a 1250 GSA .

Great choice. The 1250GS is a brilliant bike - and surprisingly different compared to the GSA. More agile, drops into corners faster with less gyroscopic effect, and feels 25% smaller.

Dean priced up a Rallye for me with black wheels & black handguards, and I came very close to hitting the button.

what's the delivery time on new bikes at the moment?

Ordered yesterday and will be delivered to Bahnstormers Thursday.. It’s the black wheels that will hold mine up as they have to come off a donor bike which will be a couple of weeks...
Factory option of black wheels is for the 2020 models so available from Sep I believe.
