brake problems

hi all
i have a 77 /7 and would like to now if its possible to re thread the hole on the brake calipers that the brake lines go in to? as i think the last owner cross threaded it as the brake line wont go right in
help needed

well how do i tell if the calipers are standard that are fitted ? as if i do replace them i will have a hell of a job getting the bolt undone that hold them on plus its twin disc so it be about 75 each i think
