That's fecking disgraceful, and hiope you get it rejected / replaced and a resolution to your satisfaction. My V100S from A&D in Denbigh was as you'd expect on delivery, spotless with no issues at all, and while it's only done 600 miles since collecting mid October, it's still mint.
That almost looks like it's been ridden a few thousand miles and clocked, or someone has replaced the engine with a battered one. Odd to me that the paint marks don't line up, both my V100, the V85 before it and my V7 are plastered in the yellow paint from the factory, and it all lines up. There is definitely something fishy going on here and on face value I'd be pointing at the dealer, someone, somewhere, knows something
The more I look at the pictures, the more I think that motor's been out, would also explain the radiator screws. I wonder, if I don my tinfoil hat, if another V100 needed some warranty work with a corroded motor, it happens, look at early 1200WC's (I had 3 engine replacements in total due to corrosion) and the little shits dropped the motor from Bike A, switched to bike B (Yours) thinking ....he''s never notice, or split the cases from a corroded bike on a warranty job?
